Hi @SunsetRunner - did you try a watch restart?
Hold the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start.
Pull down on the watch face and make sure all icons are off.

@SunsetRunner - there is always the option to do a factory reset and set it up again, this sometimes fixes odd watch behaviour.
And if this doesn't fix it it can be replaced under warranty where you bought it.
Tip: if you start a factory reset wait 5 minutes before doing anything with the watch to allow it time to complete the process.
