So I got the Fitbit Sense 2 recently, and I took my ADHD meds this morning, and my heart rate has been going lol. It detected that based on my heart rate in "Fat Burn" for 4+ hours, in "Cardio" for 2.5 hours, and in "Peak" for like 3 mins. I have been up and about a bit, but mostly sitting at my desk.
So does that mean I am actually burning those Calories or am I going to be way off on my "Calories Out" count?
I hope this makes sense, also I am not really bothered by the heart thing and neither is my doctor so that isn't really a concern for me.

@hanitakashi Elevated HR doesn't mean you burn more calories. It MAY mean you burn more calories and this is an assumption that is used when estimating energy expenditure based on the heart rate. However, that requires performing work and outputting the energy (in terms of physics, outputting joules/watts). In your case most likely the estimated calories will be inflated.
