Hi @amackayj, thank you for your response and for the screenshots.
I understand your concern and I fully assure you of my determination to cooperate with you and help you.
In this case, i recommend restarting your Sense 2 and follow the tips listed in our help article How do I use the Fitbit app on my Android phone? below the section "What settings should I check on my phone?"
To restart your Sense 2, press and hold the button for 10 seconds until the Fitbit logo appears on the screen, and then release the button.
I hope these instructions do the magic. Have a great day!

Hi @amackayj. I hope you're doing well.
I'm glad to help you set up on-wrist phone calls on your Sense 2. Thanks for stopping by and for sharing the screenshots to document your issue.
Note that your Fitbit device's controls or calls might be listed as “Not Connected” in the list of Bluetooth devices on your phone. When you receive a phone call, the controls automatically reconnect.
If you find trouble receiving calls on your wrist with your Sense 2, check the requirements listed in our help article How do I take on-wrist phone calls with my Fitbit smartwatch? below the section "Why don’t on-wrist calls work on my Fitbit device?"
I hope these instructions will be helpful. Have a great day!

Thanks for the reply
Watch firmware is 201.26
Android app is up to date
Fitbit notifications are allowed and the app has every permission imaginable
After tap to gix, the App says
Bluetooth still says
and calls go unanswered
If I unpair, then
it pairs, Bluetooth shows as connected but calls go to phone and show as connected to sense 2 calls but I can't hear anything on the phone or watch. I go back to tap to fix (first screenshot) it goes through all the same steps and I'm back where I started
I'm wasting a lot of time I don't have trying to get this to work. It worked in the past so something has happened to stop it working

Hi @DavidFitbit
Thanks for your support and apologies for my frustration
After restarting the watch, removing it from the app, reinstalling the app, checking all permissions, absolutely everything I could think of... I noticed that the watch was set to do no disturb!
I do have a sleep schedule set, but I do not recall setting up DND
Anyway, this is why my watch wasn't answering calls. I hope this helps anyone else who has this issue.
