Cannot access to Watch Faces, Apps & Tiles

I am unable to access any watch fa es, apps or tiles.  Its been about a week now and I have tried every troubleshooting topic from the website. Its extremely frustrating not being able to access these areas. When will it be fixed?

I have same problem.  This was after a fitbit update. Syncing on phone with time only. No steps etc. Cannot change clockface to try and fix problem.  Been over a week now.

I’m having same issues since transferring to google instead of Fitbit app. Now it’s not even counting steps either. Have tried everything but nothing works.

When will this be fixed? Im still having  issues and I pay for a premium membership. What is the point of i cant use everything I pay for?
