Cannot cancel or delete Clock Face

I recently tried to install the Weather Anim clock face, available as a free downloadable clock face from the Fitbit App. 

This clock face takes forever to try and load/sync, and I have been trying for the last hour to stop the sync or delete the face (both options not available). If I kill the Fitbit App on my iPhone, when it restarts, I get a prompt to Continue the failed install, or do it later, it will still continue to install, even if I set it to later.

I’ve tried to download the Google Arts and Culture clock, but it just sits there, and continues to try and install the Weather Anim face. 

I have have reset my Sense 2, removed from the app and my phone, Re-added it, and even deleted the Fitbit app from my phone and reinstalled it. The clock face continues to show up in the Fitbit app and try to install itself. There is not even a delete option so I can delete the face and go back to the default.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. This is thoroughly frustrating …

I had the same problem. Solved by restarting phone AND the sense 2.

I'll leave restarting the phone to you, as for the sense, hold the button down until you get the Fitbit logo. After that synch a couple times and it was fixed. I have had to do this for making chang
