Cannot exist Exercise app settings on Sense 2

When starting an exercise and go into the menu to select the stats that it will show in the Beginning, Middle and Bottom it won't exit. Either swiping to the right or any other way. The only way to exit it is pressing the middle bottom. But then it start over again.

Swiping to the right does work for me.

This still does not work for me. I have called several times customer service. I wonder if it is a bug with the watch.

I am rethinking to return it and change it for another one while still in warranty or while still can thinking it only affecting this one, since it work for another person.

But then don't know if the other person has the same type.

I think I found out way to reproduce the issue. The swipe won't work if you start ot by touching any button (when scrollbar appears for a while). If you start swiping from black area you will be able to dismiss this screen. Simply, the swiping will work only when started from outside buttons area. This may be a bug or poor UI design (which I thinkn it's the latter).

Yes, finally, it definitely does work following you video recommendations. Thanks Parker for taking the time to do it.

You see, I have a wrist protector, in the watch everything or interaction up to this point work, it seems the UI (User Interface) for this interaction expect the finger all the way to the border, like you mentioned , hence doing in that way it does work.
