It’s not showing up on the device
ibe uninstalled and reinstalled more than once. I can’t do an ecg if the app isn’t on the device. Please help

I looked at your public profile and see that you have been a Fitbit user for a while. The Sense 2 navigation is different from other models and I want to make sure you are looking in the right place.

Take a look at the Fitbit help site for further assistance and information.
Having struggled with the same question today, assuming it's available in your country you need to go to the Discover tab, into Assessments & Reports, and learn about the capabilities and agree to the various terms and conditions. After I'd done that, and sync'd, it appeared in the app list and I was able to use it.
Some of the FitBit features don't seem that intuitive!
