Trying to connect my sense 2, not finding it in "add devices"

Let me help you setup your Sense 2 on your Fitbit app.

When you are setting a new device on your Fitbit app, you should find the Sense 2 on the liste proposed by following the instructions of our help article How do I set up my Fitbit device? below the section "Fitbit watches and trackers"

If you can't find the Sense 2 on the liste, make sure you have the latest version of the Fitbit app installed in you mobile. See our help article How do I use the Fitbit app? > How do I update the Fitbit app? for instructions.
