My sense 2 keeps showing the charging symbol and vibrates every second while charging what should I do

Let me help you with the issues you are experiencing with your Sense 2 while you are attempting to charge it.

If the device is constantly vibrating and showing the charging symbol, it is most likely because the connection between the pins on the charging cable and the device connectors is bad.
