Cannot set up Irregular heartrate notification on Sense 2

When I try to set up the irregular heart rate rhythm feature (sense 2) the ‘next’ button on the ‘verify eligibility’ page does not activate so I cannot click on it. How do I get past this point? I am going in through the YOU button, then set up irregular heart rate notification.

thanks, Darren

Hi @DCassan. Welcome to the forums.

Thank you for sharing the inquiry regarding your Sense 2.

Just to confirm, may I know if you're located in a country that supports this feature? To verify this, click here and check the list for irregular heart rhythm notifications.

Additionally, please give a try to the following:

  1. Forget your Sense 2 from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Log out from your account and force quit the Fitbit app.
  3. Reboot your phone.
  4. Open the Fitbit app and log back into your account.
  5. From the Discover tab, tap Assessments & Reports > tap the Irregular Rhythm Notifications tile.
  6. Tap Set Up Now, and follow the on-screen instructions.

I'm having the same issue.  I click on setup and then the app goes to a grayed out screen and locks up.

----

another thread says there is an update that is currently being rolled out that fixes the issue.

I’m having this problem too. I press Set Up then the next page looks like it asking for Date of Birth but I can’t input anything. The Next button is grey so can’t continue.

I was given a Sense 2 at Christmas by my family as they know that tracking Afib is important to me. This was the primary reason for buying. I’d been quite happy on my older Fitbit device. On the support group I’ve been reading about needing to have Premium and connecting to Google? I know nothing about this.
When and what is some advice on this being fixed going to be communicated?

Some users claimed the fix is available from Fitbit App 4.08 or above. Is it true?

I have that version of the app and it’s made no difference at all

I’ve just spent an hour on the chat and installed that at their suggestion but it doesn’t solve the problem of not being able to set up notifications and they can’t give any further advice on how to! Said they’d look into it and send an email in 2/3 days😡

Good luck with that. I had exactly the same. They couldn’t fix it for me. They say they are working on it but it’s taking a very long time.
