I changed the clock face, then it only showed a few things. I was then able to shut it down and restart fitbit. I put the clock face that she originally had and it is working now.

Hi @SandraKay74 - you need to know what clock face is installed on the watch and read the documentation for it.

@SandraKay74- glad it's working, did you see in the Gallery tile of the Fitbit App what the original clock face was called and see it's documentation?
