I am having the same issues. Whatsapp is not coming up as an option under App Notifications in the Fitbit app. I have tuned on notifications in the WhatsApp settings and synced the device.

I've moved your post to the Sense 2 board so we can keep the forums organized. Thanks for the steps tried on your own and just to confirm, may I know the model of your phone? I'm asking the requirements to receive notifications differ between Apple and Android phones. That being said, please make sure to follow the instructions in this help article and try receiving a WhatsApp notification on your phone first, in order to see it in the App Notifications list.

I went through the troubleshooting instructions previously to no avail, but
it ended up working after a few days... the only thing I could think of
that happened in this time is that I sent a message (not just received a
message) from whatsapp then refreshed the app. I have an iphone 13

Thanks for getting back with the requested information, as well as your efforts. Because you mentioned having an iPhone, could you confirm if you also made sure to set Show Previews to Always or When Unlocked, as well as having the Notification Center turn On? If not, please adjust the settings on your phone and try receiving your notifications one more time.
