My Fitbit accidentally hard reset itself and now won’t sync to my phone. Says update is available on the app but keeps giving me the same error message “something went wrong, try updating your device again”. I have restarted my phone, the watch, disconnected and reconnected, and even deleted the app and redownloaded to no avail (even did this on wifi). Watch is on charger.
