once turned on to swim mode, I cannot turn it off without powering down watch. I have 'chat' with customer service Friday, and today,(Saturday) I am on the phone with someone, once again trying to help me. I have tried tapping, swiping, giggling, and pushing the power button and nothing. The only thing that works it powering it down.
Anyone else have this issue? Anyone else have any suggestions? I am to the point where I wish I could remove the swim/water lock feature on it.

All you need to do is tapping the button. If screen is off then you may need to tap button once for screen to show and then tap again to see pause/ens screen.

Thanks T.Parker
I did a 'chat' with someone from Fitbit (on Friday) and they couldn't figure it out. A 2 days later, I 'called' fitbit and it took the guy over 30 min, then he ended up asking his coworkers 'who has a Fitbit Sense 2' ? He found one person who could answer his question (my problem). Yes, it only needed to tap the button once. everyone else was telling me to tap it 2 times and swipe. Having to reboot it each time I used swim mode was getting annoying. I looked on the website to see if I could find instructions, as did the Customer Service gentleman, but neither found anything.
But thank you for taking your time to answer me.
