I don't understand how the Sense 2 is tracking sleep.
Yesterday I went to bed early (I have a cold and am lacking sleep). I fell asleep at 7:41 PM until 10:09 (according to my Sense 2) when I probably used the bathroom. I went right back to sleep. It didn't start tracking sleep again until 12:33 AM. The time from 7:41 PM to 10:09 was tracked to Tuesday and the sleep tracking for today (Wednesday) is 12:23 to 6:23 AM. I was asleep the entire time.
Why was the few hours added to Tuesday and not tracked to Wednesday? Why isn't anything tracked after 6 PM (depending on your time zone) tracked to the next day (i.e. the time from 7:41 PM to 10:09 PM should have been included with Wednesday tracking. Am I missing something here? This tracking is really messing with my sleep tracking which I am tracking for the doctor to see if we need to change medication. can anyone provide some assistance?

Does it happening every night ? It might happen one night from time to time (I had the same issue maybe 5 times and I track sleep using a Fitbit device for the last 5 years) and this is OK. But if it happens every night there is a problem.

Best AnswerMy sleep tracking has hardly ever been close to accurate since the day I got my Fitbit Sense. I have another device (medical) that very accurately tracks my sleep, and I frequently compare Fitbit to it......many errors! I like Fitbit for step counting, but beyond that I have discovered constant errors in sleep, heart rate, EKG, and calories burned. If it were not for steps, I would throw it away!!!
