My Fitbit Sense 2 is showing a clock error, and saying that I have to go to the app and find another clock. I can't change the screen from that message. I have tried going to Bluetooth settings and telling it to forget the Sense 2, I have checked to make sure the app is updated, I have done a manual sync, I am unable to restart my watch because holding down the button on the side of the screen does nothing, the option "Set up a device" does not appear on the Fitbit app when I tap my profile picture, and there is no "Devices" icon in the "Today" tab on the home screen of the app. I did see on Google that I can't update the clock face if I have more than 38 apps installed, why is that? My phone has plenty of memory left, and I don't want to delete apps just so I can get my Fitbit to work.

Hi @kbdressman - you may be able to get rid of the clock error simply by swiping the watch face left to see steps and then back again if it is a temporary error.
Otherwise try holding the watch button for a full 10 seconds till it blanks or vibrates and wait for the logo to appear and for it to start.
If it is still an issue sync the watch and in the Fitbit App go to the Gallery tile and change clock face.
The number of apps limit doesn't apply to a Sense 2 as it doesn't support additional apps.

Good day!
Also, to change the clock face in the current Fitbit app, click on the battery percentage in the upper left corner of the app. Then tap on your device. Finally, tap on Gallery to change, remove, or install clock faces. Combined with @Guy_ 's suggestions I hope it helps.
