Cardio fitness

I am a avid runner and I am not sure if my data just didn't transfer. When I gotbmy new device. One of my favorite Specs is the cardio fitness monitoring. I was on the high end and now it's not reading or updating showing my cardio fitness very low. Is there a reason for this that it's not working or updating?

It looks like you switched your account to Google.  Did you notice the difference right after that switch?  If so, that might be the culprit.  That seems to have caused many problems.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

I thought maybe it would help fix it but I didn't

I see, so it happened before that. If you kept same Fitbit account - login ID/email so you can still see your history, there shouldn't have been anything to transfer; so I guess I'm no help.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
