Charge life

The charge on my Sense 2 usually lasts 3 or 4 days. Starting roughly November 1, the charge barely makes it 24 hours. Anyone else having this issue? Could it be the recent update?

Hi @Sdk9156 - others have reported this and other problems with the new app.

Can you try charging the watch fully and logout of the Fitbit App to see if the battery lasts longer. (Login only to sync briefly once per day)

There are syncing issues with the new app that could cause high battery drain.

Also hold the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start. This will Refresh the OS in case it had a problem.

If the battery problems continue and the watch is still under warranty it can be replaced.
