I agree that the sense 2 is going down hill but I believe it is fit bit in general. Everyday I have a different issue with my sense 2; no SPo2 reading, or no active zone minutes, or no heart rate. This has been since Google took over. Getting support is next to impossible. I will not pay for premium again.

I just ordered a Sense 2 having had the earlier model for years- and i was very happy with it.  But I have tried without success to question my order as I expected a free sports band but do not see it on my order. Numerous attempts to ask about my order have failed. I get the sense that FitBit has seriously gone down hill. Their response circuits appear to be nonsensical bs.  Am I wrong??

I am thinking that I need to cancel my order tonight and seek alternatives. There are many on the market and i prefer to stay with Fitbit, but recognize that there may be much better options. Am I wrong?

I have been happy for some time, but now I am thinking I bought a pig in a poke - as some say.

Please let me know.

I think the sense 2 is an awesome fitness tracker in its self. The app and updates that Google is working on now are worthless. Customer service is not. It wasn’t until Google took over that all the problems started. I want to stay with Fitbit and hope that things get worked out. However I will not pay for premium again. Good luck to you!
