Sad to hear that you're having an issue charging your Sense 2.

I'd like to point out that it sometimes just needs cleaning the charging contacts on the back of your device. Here's how to do that in a safe way:

How do I clean my Fitbit device? 

I'd suggest doing that every time before giving your device a charge to keep it in pristine condition.
