Charging problems on my Sense 2

My fitbit sense 2 won't charge, it is completely new, just taken out of the box. Does anyone know how to fix it?

Hi @JuBoKo - it is possible the charge cable is faulty or not all the plastic was removed from the back of the watch. Sometimes a tiny ring of plastic covers a charge contact hole.
