Why does my sense 2 keep switching my clock face from the one I installed (ages ago), to a digital one that is very bright, stays on for a few minutes and appears to be using the battery life? How can I remove the digital one I don't want it and never installed it.

Hi @ktlady8 - have you tried pull down on the watch face and turn off all icons?

@ktlady8 I am glad you let me know about this situation with your clock face being changed in your Sense 2, I was able to confirm you contacted support and they gave you a solution, if you have any other questions or concerns, my best recommendation would be to contact them again.
