Sense 2 battery issues

Have had my Sense 2 since March/April 2023. Was going great only only having to charge it about once a week.

This is about the third time (spaced out by a few weeks or so) that my Fitbit has seemed to lose a significant amount of charge within a day (dropping from around 60% to under 20%). I have tried charging up to 100% to see if it would resolve the issue but every time I have tried this the battery  will jump from 20% to 40% within a few minutes then once off charge will drop back down.

Only way I have found to resolve this (which seems to work for a few weeks before needing to do it again) is to factory reset which is a pain as then I have to set up my Sense 2 again.

What is causing this issue? How can it be fixed? Doesn’t happen every day/week. Seems to now be every few weeks.

Hi @ddgym - it could be the selected watch face at fault or an activity using GPS if the decline is during the day.

It can also be a Fitbit App problem - try turning off the phone Bluetooth and restarting the watch.

The displayed battery level when you pull down does have some issues but only check there during charging and after.

The watch can be replaced under warranty if necessary.
