Clock won’t update to 12 hour setting

I purchased a Fitbit Sense 2 and changed the clock face to match the one I used on my Versa and it won’t update to a 12 hour clock and only shows the 24 hour clock even though in settings it’s set as a 12 hour clock. I’ve tried resetting and restarting several times and also contacted the customer help line and the steps we tried did not work.

Hi @TLSMO - did you also try a pull down on the watch face and turn off all the icons?

Always On faces can be 24hr only.
