Today randomly, on my Sense 2, my selected Clockface “Photograph” disappeared and when I use the app to select it again, it is not available. I then tried 3 others and none are available to download. I even ran the software update and synced and still same result. I powered off my phone and watch and still same results. Any suggestions?

This exact thing just happened to me, but I can't even find where the various faces I had saved are in the new app. I actually PAID for the clock face I have been using, so I'm going to be pretty mad if I can't get it back.

Hi @Ronniepal @auntpurple41398 - just to be sure it's not a settings issue pull down on the watch face to get to Quick Settings and turn off all the icons,
If you are on the latest firmware lightly touch and hold the screen, you may be able to choose your watch face.
You can also go to the device (top right) and Gallery tile to change clock faces.
If you did a factory reset you may need to install faces there again.
It may be wise to hold the watch button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start in case it's a temporary issue.
