Connection or update problem

I just bought sense 2 and tried to connect it with my phone.

It is connected with my phone and sense 2 show me that i should update firmware.

So i clicked it and it went to downloading firmware - installing update 

And half of the line goes, it just failed to update what is the problem

I've already tried almost everything from support page

Almost everything does not tell me much. I suppose you have tried a restart? If not press the button until you see the Green Fitbit Logo, takes about 10 seconds. Then do the sert up again.
