What does uninstalled mean on some Sense 2 apps?

when I go to the fitbit app on my phone-then my picture-snnse2-gallery and apps i get several messages when i click on an app.  For example, I get "installed" on several apps like alarms settings weather and etc.  I get "uninstalled on other apps like Spo2, EDA scan and ECG,  What does "uninstall" mean?  I believe the app is isstalled but possible not available?  If it is unavailable how do I make sure my Sense2 in uptown date>

All the apps are preinstalled on your watch. The apps saying "uninstall", are optional meaning you can uninstall them if you want to.
