I have spoke to Sarah Mari, Andres C, Jenwil, Anne-Marie, Faye and have 2 case numbers now. My statistics don’t work on my watch and they all promise emails. In order I have had the following issues:

1) health metrics don’t work 

- told to wait a number of days

2) stress numbers don’t work 

- case raised to management with promise of reply 24hrs

3) promise of reply to a different email adress (maybe Jenwil and Faye)

-was told by next helper that they aren’t actually allowed to do this

4) asked for transcript of next days help which they were to mail (Andre’s c)

- no transcript received

5) told that I could download transcript (Sarah-Mari)

-that option not found

6) data issues still remain and now sleep data is logging on the wrong day

- they gaslight me saying sleep from Sunday to Monday should show up on Monday (Sarah-Marie) even though all the other sleep showed up on the night I went to sleep

The worst part is I was really excited to buy the product but realise that I can’t change the service helpdesk.
