Hello @NickNack88 and welcome to the Community.  Different clock faces are available in the Gallery.  Here’s how to search.  Tap on your profile picture > your Sense 2 tile > Gallery.  Slide the toggle at the top to Clocks.  Use the Search option to search for one where you can add your own photo.
