My Snse 2 and Iphone 11 would not sync this morning. Followed the suggested steps: turned off bluetooth and turned on again. No luck syncing. Turned off bluetooth and restarted phone. No luck syncing. Tried pairing the Sense and iphone, but pair message would not show on the Snse 2. Restarted the Sense 2 and was finally able to pair them. But all my settings and all hostorical data is gone. I expected the unsynced data to be lost, but not my years of historical data. Isn’t that stored in the cloud?
