Firstly, it is now 2:45 pm Monday 2nd January, 2023

the time on my watch is showing 9:02 am which has not moved all day! 5 hours out! 
not been recording my steps either. Yesterday I must have done approx 10,000 but shows I only did 38! Today showing 1182 and I did 40 mins of HITT class this morning, nothing showing!
can’t get any heart activity either. I’m obviously not alive!😂 

HELP please!
there may be other issues, but these are my go to.

Hi @ShirlC23 - clearly a problem, have you tried restarting the watch ? How do I restart my Fitbit device? 

Also logout of the Fitbit App and restart the phone and sync. It is necessary to have sync working to get the rime right.

Thank you. I eventually went via Fitbit  and that’s what they suggested too. I did this and 🤞 it’s ok now, thank you again.
