my Fitbit has been out of whack all day. First, it wasn’t recording my activity hours. I shut down the watch and restarted, and I also logged out of the app and logged back in. When I did so, the activity hours were different from my usual setup. I typically monitor activity from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., but when I logged back in it indicated I was monitoring my activity from 10 to 6. I went into the settings and every time I have reset it, it displays different times. For example, I tried resetting it to 8 till 5, and it showed up on the app as 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. I have tried this about six times and each time, it’s a completely different range of hours. Not sure what the heck is up, but it’s super super annoying.

This is what it looks like when I’m setting it, and then I hit set goal. The next screenshot I will upload is what it shows after I do this.

Hi @sportsgirlV - just a guess, did you also try logout of the Fitbit App and swipe off the active window (in Android, clear the storage cache and force stop also) before restarting the phone?
It may perhaps work on Monday.

Glad it’s not just me. It let me readjust the settings today so fingers crossed that does the trick!

@sportsgirlV - if it didn't sort itself today, try setting your activity hours on the web app. Click the tile for activity hours so that the gear appears, then click the gear to set the start and end hours. I was having similar problems, and tried that yesterday. I also restarted my iPhone. The activity hours update I set up on the web did not update my iPhone app yesterday, but it did update and operate normally today. I can also now make changes to the activity hours on the iPhone as well.
