My Sense 2 stopped charging, so I spent about 3 hours researching and trying all the different fixes.
Nobody mentioned that the charger cord could be defective. I found one person in this community who realized that the pins had retracted and were not in contact with the Sense. All it takes is one defective pin or, more accurately, the spring that pushes the pin to the contact position, and the charger will not work. The pins are spring-loaded, and 2 of my pins were not making contact with the charger.
It is important to check the pins first to see if they are making contact with the Sense before spending time trying to go through the other "fixes."

I contacted support and they sent out a new charger. it was a hassle-free experience. In the meantime, I bought a 2 pack of chargers, so I don't get caught again without one. I really enjoy my device and check it many times a day to see how I am doing on my steps.
