sense 2- began having issues with not getting readiness score or a sleep score. Reset watch, logged out of app, no change.. also isn’t tracking milage if using my phone. I was on the treadmill yesterday and got a phone call, so I was walking and talking- didn’t log any of the distance while I was on the phone, I was not holding it in my hand, so it wasn’t related to arm motion

Thanks for the information in regards to the readiness score on your Sense 2.
I was able to confirm you contacted support and they were able to send you an email, if you have any other questions or concerns, my best recommendation would be to contact them and respond to the email.
