Fitbit sense 2 that I bought only shows time while swimming. It shows laps and distance only in the app after the swimming. Fitbit Sense previous model that I sold showed the data while swimming on the clock.

Looks like it's the sense I need then. Thank you

Hi, @Sasofiser  welcome to the community. After touching "exercise"> "Swim" > you should see a starting arrow that you will touch to activate the water lock & start the exercise. Notice the little chevron at the bottom of the display, swipe up and you can personalise what you see while swimming. The central register is the largest (I have lengths here) the choice for data is easy to make.

I hope this solves your problem, let us know how you get on.

Cheers

Does this mean the sense 2 does display lengths whilst swimming then?

Hm, I have only options:

- start with a goal

- pool length

- always-on display

Hi everyone. @Gr4ndp4 Thanks for your great help.

I'm moved your posts to the Sense 2 board so you can receive more related responses about this situation.

@BeccaH14 and @Sasofiser Thanks for your efforts, as well as the pictures provided. To look into this, please select a different exercise such as Run or Walk and try customizing the stats displayed on the screen. If you don't have the option, let me know so I can investigate on my end.

@Dopovo Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback about the Sense 2. I understand where you're coming from and please know we'll keep working to improve our devices, as well as the experience with them.

@LizzyFitbit are you saying you're replacing the current device with ones with gyroscope?

Honestly speaking it doesn't seem that this Sense 2 is an improved experience compared to the previous device despite your canned answer.
