Does Sense 2 have a physical button?

My 2nd Sense lasted 10 months.  Screen is stuck displaying Fitbit logo.  Customer Support couldn't help me fix/reset, I appreciate their efforts.  Sense button design is unreliable.  This is my 5th Fitbit.  Warranty claim offers replacement device or 50% discount, but not for Sense 2.  Ok, so you want me to have a 3rd Sense, do you not want our relationship to last?

Regarding the device fail, currently without any insight into their processes, I going to naturally blame Product Development team for writing crap code and/or testing.

Want higher profits, more satisfied Customers?  Share your repo, require NDA even, will help give Fitbit objective constructive feedback, and *Customer* prioritized suggestions, not dogged and distracted by Org baggage.

Hi @AzaB2C  - the Sense 2 does have a physical button but is not available yet.

It doesn't have Google Assistant or any music and has a shorter GPS life of 5 hrs instead of 12 hrs on the Sense which is still available in the shops at discount price and so is the Versa 3.
