I tried placing a pre-order for Fitbit Sense 2 mutiple times from two computers, different IP addresses, also tried cognito mode and the order just keeps processing.
This is my first purchase of a Fitbit product and this glitch is giving me a pause to think whether I am making a mistake moving from Apple to Fitbit if Fitbit cannot get their order workflow working properly.
Has this happened to anyone else ?
