My clock suddenly doesn't give me any data on the Fitbit app when it comes to exercise and sleep. What's the problem? It worked the first four days.

Sad to hear that you're having issues with your Sense 2.
First thing to try if your device isn't behaving as it should, is trying if a restart will get things fixed. To do so, please sync your Sense 2 first to not lose any data it might has tracked so far. Then keep it's button pressed for around 10 seconds until you'll see the Fitbit logo on it's display and wait until it has restarted before you sync again.
