I’m from Malaysia & I have just bought a Sense 2 & this is my 7th Fitbit device since 2016.

ECG update is always updating & there is no way I can pause it. ECG is also not supported in Malaysia.

Help needed to stop this on going updating.

My apology here. What I meant to say is - It keeps on installing ECG & not updating.
