ECG and SpO2 is not working in Sri Lanka. Extremely disappointed as the purpose of buying this new fitbit was for this purpose as advertised and marketed.

Thanks for your interest in those features. Let me explain the ECG app and Health Metrics such as SpO2 are available in certain countries that are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations related to our medical products. Currently Sri Lanka isn't part of the supported countries, and for that reason these features aren't able to be used on your Sense 2. I'm sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused and I appreciate your feedback.

 

While our team is working hard to bring these features to all our Fitbit users across the world, I'd recommend checking the following links for future updates about the availability of this feature in different countries:
