Sense 2 totally charged but not turning on

My Fitbit is fully charged and not lighting up for me to see it.

Thanks for bringing this t o our attention. I understand you've fully charged your Sense 2 but just to confirm, may I know if you feel a vibration when pressing the button? If you do, let me recommend restarting your watch to refresh its performance and changing the clock face to a different one. Monitor its behavior and let me know how it goes afterward.
