My Fitbit stopped turning on suddenly. I have tried all the fixes i could find online. It flashes the logo for a few seconds and then displays a big red X over the screen and goes back to black.

I have a Fitbit Sense 2, and mine started this yesterday, also.  I have tried all the fixes, too.  Mine flashes the logo for a few seconds and then displays a big green X over the screen, goes back to black, vibrates for a second, then repeats these steps over and over.  Help!
