Hello everyone,
I have tried to use my ECG app on my sense 2 and it says “can’t find phone - open your Fitbit app and go to the You tab. Find health assessments” I have done this and can’t see any problems. Does anyone have any ideas on how I can resolve this? I have tried to uninstall the app through my Fitbit app but it won’t let me, I wanted to try and uninstall and reinstall but it seems this just isn’t possible! I have tried a restart but just get a big red cross and it makes no difference? I’ve also done a manual sync. I seem to have exhausted all of my ideas! But I’m wondering if this is what is causing my notification on my phone to keep saying one of the apps could not be updated/installed please try again. I’m at the end of my tether trying to resolve these issues and would really appreciate any help.
Fitbit support just want to send me a refurbished sense 2 which I am not prepared to do unless it is a brand new one, especially when we don’t even know that the device is the issue?
