Sense 2 keeps buzzing and locking on screen asking for payment

My Sense 2 keeps locking on this screen: "to pay, double press the left side button and tap payments". How do I stop this annoying 'feature"?

Sad to hear that your Sense 2 isn't working as expected.
As a first attempt to hopefully get things fixed, I'd suggest to check if restarting your device will stop this behavior. To do so, please keep it's button pressed for around 10 seconds until you'll see the Fitbit logo on it's display.

Have you tried @Talahthas' recommendation? 

Note that you might unintentionally press the button on your watch when you bend your wrist. This may happen during activities such as a workout that require you to move your wrist a lot.

With that being said, please try wearing your watch higher on your wrist to avoid hitting the button. For tips on how to wear your watch, see How do I wear my Fitbit device?
