About four months ago when I tried to use the ECG app which appeared, by pressing fingers on the corners the watch screen went blank I would see a green line across the face, and then see the fitbit logo. Then nothing. I discovered when I got home that is I connected the charger cable the watch would boot all appeared normal. Unless I tried to use the ECG. Same process to restart. Then about a month later when I would go to check the time, pressing the button. The watch would reboot.

Thanks for the detailed information, and the steps tried prior to posting. I'm sorry you're having this experience with your Sense 2. Given this situation, I'd recommend changing the clock face and restarting your watch to refresh its performance. Then, wear your watch as you normally do and use its features including the ECG app to monitor its behavior in the last few days.
