ECG irregular rhythm tracking on Sense 2, UK, Pixel 8

Hi,

When I try to set up the ECG/irregular heartbeat recognition for my Sense 2 I am getting an error message in the Fitbit app. It says that the ECG function isn't available in my location. Yet when I click on more info it tells me the UK is covered.   The ECG function worked when I first purchased the Sense 2 earlier in the year...

I've got a Google Pixel 8 phone and the most recent software update 210.26.

Has anyone resolved this?

Hello,

Do you use the VPN on the Pixel? If you do, you will need to set the Fitbit app as an exception. I had the issue here in the U.S.
