I have a Sense2 that has worked flawlessly since 2021 but lost sync with my phone and refused to pair. This is the replacement watch for a Charge 2 that exhibited the same problem at about the same age.
I have tried all of the advice and guidance online. Switching things off, wait, on, erasing settings etc. The watch started showing wrong time (about 10 minutes slow) and my last effort was a factory reset. Now it's stuck showing "To start, download the fitbit app" in various languages, ignoring my phone's attempt to make conversation.
What can I do next?
