SOLVED - I didn’t realise you could reset the device, this has now been done and device working as it should
Using Sense 2 . Up until 3 days ago I’ve had no problems using Sense. Currently I cannot find the ECG icon. I have also found the layout and content of the swipe left screen (the one where you can choice from a list of options). Don’t know if this is related. This was a problem before my most recent update today.
So far I’ve checked my subscription, turned phone and Fitbit off and back on. Deleted and reloaded the app Checked Bluetooth is connected. Something else but I’ve forgotten what!
I did read on a google search that after you had added the ecg app to go into the Discover Tab snd do something there. Only problem is I can’t find the discover tab.
i haven’t yet contacted Fitbit help. Also seen it appears to be an ongoing problem with Fitbit. I’ve used this particular Fitbit for a year plus and had no problems to date.
appreciate any suggestions on what else I could try

I don't have a discover tab in the app. What's wrong?
