Sense 2 won’t recognize Bluetooth - preventing update

Sense 2 is connected to Bluetooth but claims it is not. I have turned Bluetooth on and off many times and well as completed a hard restart on the watch - I have also uninstalled and reinstalled the fit bit app. It will not let me complete update and because of this the watch is useless and cannot be used. Please help!

Same problem!!  Brand new watch only week old and can’t use. Please help

 Hi @ollyoxenfree , @JAR238  - probably best to get a refund, the new V4 Fitbit App has numerous issues and inability to set the watch up is one of them, as is retaining a connection.

I ended up calling customer service and they said they’re sending me a new one. I’ll update you if this actually happens - what a mess 🙄 Mine is less than a week old as well!

I’m having the same issue too after having the need to update software. I just received mine on 12 Dec and it’s broken now because of the Bluetooth connectivity issue 😞

Same here and off and on with Bluetooth, install, uninstalled, install, uninstalled.

Update from previous post above

Well, I figured I give it 1 more today, went through same steps like anyone would do setting it up. But this time, the updating screen stayed on and finished! Today's my daughter's birthday, so why not try updating it 1 last time.

Give customer service a call! I had to talk to them twice (in the same day) but they ended up sending me a replacement without me having to send in the old one. It got here quickly - within 3 days or so!

I got a replacement through customer service after going through all of the same steps - hard restart etc. The replacement came within 3 days or so and works!
