I have the ECG app installed on my sense 2. I wanted to use it for the 1st time. I cannot set it up to do so. I have force stopped the phone app. Turned Bluetooth on and off and my tracker still says it cannot find my phone....even though it picks up all other data. I cannot open the app via that button either.
Also my phone app does not have a discover button. The closest I found was when I pressed the you tab on the app and went to ECG, but I could not do anything from there either
I have 4.06.7 and not working. What's worrying is I've seen posts going back some months with this issue
Best AnswerNot good at all. Seems like Fitbit are another company who know bugger all when you speak to them. I'll wait for the app update and escalate when it doesn't work.
Best AnswerI'm having the same problem. If someone knows what we are missing, please respond.

Best AnswerI do have the Sense2 and it is now working for me. Might have just been operator error ☺️
Best AnswerI had this exact same issue when setting up ECG. It took several tries to get the Sense 2 to connect to Bluetooth and even sync. I had to uninstall and reinstall the FitBit Mobile app 3 times. I disconnected and reconnected to Bluetooth three times (i.e. Forget in Bluetooth and go back through setup). I had to uninstall and reinstall the ECG app on the device twice (from the "gallery", Apps in the app). It would sync and was showing connected in Bluetooth but I still was receiving this Can't Find Phone message when trying the ECG App on the device. Eventually it miraculously connected and got past this step. I have no idea which step resolved it. It just started working. Help for heart rate functions is almost useless because everything refers to the "Discover Tab" which was removed from the Mobile App in a previous update. The Irregular Heartbeat setup is another issue. That is still broken and acknowledged as broken by FitBit. No ETA on a fix for a major advertised feature.
